What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003, APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a variation of a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Tension Twisted Realities Ltd to Lincoln City Council in respect of premises known as Tension Twisted Realities, 53 Croft Street, Lincoln, LN2 5AZ, Premises Licence number: 32UD/B/3140.
The variation is to amend the plan annexed to the premises licence to include the ground floor and to extend the hours for the supply of alcohol.
The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, City of Lincoln Council, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln. LN1 1DB, during normal office hours.
Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Lincoln City Council at the above address by midnight 21/05/25.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
