What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Dyson Farming Limited has applied to North Kesteven District Council on 17 April 2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at The Estate Office, Cyclone Way, Nocton, Lincoln, LN4 2GR.

For the provision of regulated entertainment (films, live and recorded music) Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 23:00 and the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 23:00, as more particularly set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: North Kesteven District Council, Kesteven Street, Sleaford Lincolnshire NG34 7EF to be received by no later than 15 May 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation.

The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.north-kesteven. gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
