What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003, Notice of application for a Premises Licence

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Unit 12 Fulham Broadway, Fulham, SW6 1BW.

The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00.

A record of the application details may be inspected at www.lbhf.gov.uk/licensing or by request (020 8753 1081).

Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at licensing@lbhf.gov.uk or via the register: www.lbhf.gov.uk/licensing any time up to and including May 20th, 2025.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.

The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
