What is proposed?

Notice is given that FT Foods Limited t/a KFC has applied to Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council on 17th April 2025 for a premises licence for KFC, 42 Station Road, Solihull, B91 3RX for the provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 23:00 to 01:00 Thursdays to Saturdays for consumption on and off the premises. The postal address where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is:- Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, Licensing Team, fhe Core, Theatre square, Homer Road, Solihull, B91 3RG.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to the Licensing Team at the above address or by e-mail to licensing @solihull.gov.uk no later than 15th May 2025.

Note: It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
