NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that Santillo 2006 Ltd has applied to the London Borough of Camden on 17 April 2025 to vary the premises licence at; Sarracino Italian Restaurant, 186 Broadhurst Gardens, West Hampstead, London NW6 3AY to enable the provision of off sales of alcohol, and to add conditions to the current licence accordingly. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to Camden Licensing Authority, 5 Pancras Square, C/o Town Hall, Judd Street, London WC1H 9JE or by email to: licensing@camden.gov.uk to be received by no later than 15th May 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.camden.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
