NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR TIME LIMITED PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Underbelly Limited has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 17 April 2025 for the grant of a time-limited premises licence to use the premises at Underbelly Summer in the Square, Leicester Square Gardens, London, WC2H 7LE from 9 June 2025 to 3 August 2025 for the provision of regulated entertainment (Films & Recorded Music) and the sale by retail of alcohol, from Monday to Friday 12:00 to 22:00, Saturday 10:00 to 22:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 21:00, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 15 May 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
