LICENSING (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1996 (Article 22, Schedule 5. paras. 1 and 2) Notice of application for the transfer of a licence Petty Sessions District of North Antrim County Court Division of Antrim

TAKE NOTICE that Donna Martin of 47 Bridge Road Dunloy Ballymena County Antrim BT44 9AN intend at the Magistrates' Court sitting at Coleraine Courthouse, 46a Mountsandel Road Coleraine County Londonderry BT52 1NY on the 23rd day of May 2025 at 10.30a.m. to apply for the transfer to me of a licence at present held by me for the premises at 15 Main Street Rasharkin being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 namely premises specified in Article 5 (1 (a) premises in which the business carried on under the licence is the business of selling intoxicating liquor by retail for consumption either in or off the premises.



A Protection Order authorising Donna Martin of 47 Bridge Road Dunloy Ballymena County Antrim BT44 9AN to carry on the business under the licence was granted on the 5th December 2024 by the Magistrates' Court sitting at Coleraine on 5th December 2024 for a period of six months from the date of the Order until an application for transfer, or transfer and renewal of the licence could be brought before the Court.



Donna Martin is the owner of the business carried on under the licence.



The owner of the premises is Martin Contracts (NI) Ltd.



The licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.



Any person owning or residing or carrying on business in the vicinity of the premises for which the transfer of the licence is sought intending to object to the transfer the licence shall not less than one week before the time of the Court sitting at which the application is to be made serve upon the Applicant's Solicitors notice of his intention to object, briefly stating his grounds for so doing and serve a copy of the notice upon the Clerk of Petty Sessions at The Courthouse 46a Mountsandel Road Coleraine BT52 1NY.
