Sherrif Hill - Application To Vary The Premises Licence

What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Trust Inns Limited to the Licensing Authority of Gateshead Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Three Tuns at Sherrif`s Highway, Sherrif Hill, Gateshead, NE9 5SD.

The application includes the following terms:- 1. Variation to change the external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.

Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Gateshead Council, Regulatory Services, Development and Enterprise, Civic Centre, Regent Street, Gateshead, NE8 1HH.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 14th May 2025 (www.gateshead.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.

The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
