Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

I Timothy Luft hereby give notice that an application was made to Telford and Wrekin Council on the 15th April 2025 for a new
Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Ironmasters, The Quad (Ground Floor), Ironmasters Way, Telford TF3 4NT from
which the following licensable activities are proposed.

Retail of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises From 10:00 to 22:00 Monday to Sunday.
The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Licensing Service, Darby House, Lawn Central, Overdale, Telford TF3 4JA or online at

www.telford.gov.uk/

licensing.
Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations in writing to the Licensing Section within 28
Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 13/05/2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on
summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
