Notice of application for the variation of a premises licence

Empire House Lewisham Road, Slaithwaite, HD7 5AL

Notice is hereby given that Empire House Group Ltd has applied to Kirklees Council for a variation of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The application is to vary the existing licence to extend the hours for the sale of alcohol on the premises from 22:00 to 23:00, Monday to Sunday.

All other licensable activities and conditions will remain the same.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Department Kirklees Council PO Box 1720 Huddersfield HD1 9EL or by email to licensing@kirklees.gov.uk.

Representations must be received by 8th May 2025.

The register of applications can be inspected at the council offices or at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
