Notice is hereby given that Back Garden Pizzeria Limited has applied in respect of the Back Garden Pizzeria, 35 St Stephen’s Street, Bristol, BS1 1JX for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:

Opening Hours Monday – Sunday 10:00 – 23:30

Sale of Alcohol (on and off sales) Monday – Sunday 11:00 – 23:00

Late Night Refreshment Monday – Sunday 23:00 – 23:30

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 14 May 2025, to Licensing Team(100TS) PO BOX 3399 Bristol BS1 9NE or via email: licensing@bristol.gov.uk

The record of the application may also be inspected at Bristol City Council, LicensingAuthority 100 Temple Street, Bristol BS1 6AG between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday – Friday, with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00 am and 5.00 pm or on the Council’s website at www.bristol.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
