A record of the application may be inspected at Trading Standards and Licensing Section, Birmingham City Council, Phoenix House, Valepits Road, Garretts Green, Birmingham, B33 0TD during normal office hours Monday to Friday. 

Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to: Postal Address: General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ by 20/05/2025 It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
