PUBLIC NOTICE FOR A APPLICATION TO GRANT A PREMISES LICENCE (under Sections 17 of the Act)
We Chelmsford Sport and Athletics Centre of Salerno Way, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 2EH hereby give notice that we have applied for a Premises Licence in respect of Films, recorded music and indoor sporting events as follows: -
Films 8:00-22:00 Monday to Saturday
Recorded Music 6:30-22:00 Monday to Friday 8:00-22:00 Saturday 8:00-21:00 Sunday
Provision of plays 9:00-22:00 Monday to Saturday 9:00-21:00 Sunday
Indoor Sporting events 6:30-22:00 Monday to Friday 8:00-22:00 Saturday
8:00-21:00 Sunday
Hours open to the public 6:30-22:00 Monday to Friday 7:00-21:00 Saturday and Sunday
No other changes are applied for other than those listed above.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Section, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE or by emailing licensing@Chelmsford.gov.uk by not later than 14 May 2025 (28 days after the application is submitted to Licensing)
The full application can be arranged for viewing upon request with the licensing department.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a fine.
