What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003, APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Lemonpath Ltd. has applied to the Charnwood Borough Council on 14.04.2025 for a new Premises Licence to use their Wanlip Road group of warehouse units for the sale of alcohol within the normal business of their existing operation and opening hours.

There will be no alcohol made available for sale to the general public.

A record of this application is held by Charnwood Borough Council and can be viewed by members of the public at www.charnwood.gov.uk or by appointment at the offices of Charnwood Borough Council Licensing Section, Southfield Road, Loughborough, LE11 2TX.

Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds for objection by 12.05.2025.

The Licensing Authority will have regard to any representations made when considering this application.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Punishment on summary conviction of this offence is an unlimited fine.
