Name and Postal address of Premises: The Bay Leaf 28-30 High Street Llandaff Cardiff CF5 2DZ

Proposed variation: To amend the plan attached to the licence to include a garden roof terrace as part of the licensed area.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at Licensing, Cardiff Council, County Hall, Cardiff CF10 4UW between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by 14th May 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
