We, The Green Table at Dartington Ltd, do hereby give notice that on 14th April 2025 we applied to the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Council for a new Premises Licence at The Green Table, Lower Drive, Dartington Hall, Totnes, TQ9 6EE.
The application is for:
- Performance of Plays and Exhibition of Films (indoors and outdoors): Mon-Sun 08:00 – 23:30.
- Live Music, Recorded Music and Dance Performance (indoors and outdoors): Mon-Sun 08:00 – 01:30. Outdoor amplified music will cease by 23:00.
- Late Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors): Mon-Sun 23:00 – 02:00.
- Supply of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: Mon-Sun 11:00 – 01:30.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Department, South Hams District Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, TQ9 5NE or by email to licensing@ swdevon.gov.uk. Representations must be received NO LATER than 12th May 2025. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing.
Authority’s address by appointment during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
