Licensing Act 2003 - Application For A Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that BROOKS WINERY MICKLEOVER LIMITED have applied for a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as 6 Station Road, Mickleover, Derby, DE3 9GH.

It is proposed as follows:- Application is made for the playing of live music and recorded music between the hours of 08:00 - 23:00 Sunday to Thursday and 08:00 - 24:00 Friday and Saturday.

Application is also made for the sale of alcohol between the hours of 09:00 -23:00 Sunday to Thursday and 09:00 - 24:00 Friday and Saturday.

A copy of the application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Derby City Council, Council House, Corporation Street, Derby, DE1 2FS by prior appointment or by email to licensing@derby.gov.uk.

The application was lodged with Derby City Council on 17 April 2025 and any representations must be in writing to the above address and must be made no later than 15 May 2025.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
