What is proposed?

Application to Vary a Premises Licence Under Section 34 of Licensing Act 2003

We AB Developments LTD can confirm that on 25th April 2025 we submitted an application to vary the premises licence at HULL SPORTS CENTRE, CHANTERLANDS AVENUE, KINGSTON UPON HULL, HU5 4EF.

The proposed variation to include/exclude the hours for certain licensable activities on the following days as detailed below: TO ADD THE PATIO AREA OF THE CLUB BAR TO THE LICENSABLE AREA FOR USE DURING PRE-BOOKED EVENTS AND FUNCTIONS.

TO ADD THE ADJOINING FIELD TO THE LICENSABLE AREA OF THE PREMISES LICENCE TO HOLD OUTDOOR EVENTS.

THE OUTDOOR EVENTS WILL BE LIMITED TO 6 EVENTS A YEAR, AND ALL LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES AT THESE EVENTS WILL CEASE AT 22:30, WITH THE EVENT AREAS CLOSED AND DISPERSED BY 23:00.

ALSO ADD FILMS AND PLAYS AS LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES MONDAY TO SUNDAY 11:00 TO 23:00.

Anyone wishing to comment on this application must do so no later than 28 days from the date above, either by email to LIQUOR@HULLCC.GOV.UK or in writing to LICENSING SECTION, 33 WITHAM, KINGSTON UPON HULL, HU9 1DB where the register of licensing can be viewed.

It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5,000
