Public Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Wiltshire Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, Land at Marsh Farm, Malmesbury Road, Royal Wootton Bassett, SN4 8ER for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday. A copy of the application may be inspected by visiting https://www.wiltshire.gov.uk/licences-permits-new-premises-applications or by emailing publicprotectionnorth@wiltshire.gov.uk. Any representations by a Responsible Authority/Interested Party or other persons must be received in writing by no later than 13/05/2025, by email to publicprotectionnorth@wiltshire.gov.uk or by writing to The Licensing Authority, Wiltshire Council, Public Protection, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum penalty on conviction of such an offence is an unlimited fine.
