What is proposed?

We Greene's Bistro and Parlour have applied for the variation of the Premises Licence for Greene's Bistro and Parlour, Wade Road, Uppermill, Oldham OL3 6BA.

The Variation, if granted, is to enable the following activities to take place: sale of alcohol on the premises on Mondays to Wednesdays from 11:00 until 19:00, and on Thursdays to Saturdays from 09:00 until 21:30.

Representations should be made on or before 6th May 2025.It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person Is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
