Notice of application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that We CARK MANOR LIMITED have applied to Westmorland & Furness Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Cark Manor, Cark in Cartmel, Grange-Over-Sands, LA11 7PG
The proposed licensable activities are: Retail Sale of Alcohol (On and Off Sales): Monday to Sunday 1100 to 2300.
Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team Westmorland & Furness Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4DQ or e-mail licensing@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk no later than 9th May 2025 stating the grounds for the representation. The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the Westmorland & Furness Council office at the address given above between 10:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday or on the council's website - www.westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk.
