Application for a Premises Licence (Section 17)

Notice is hereby given that Pronos S.A. has applied to Westminster City Council on 8 April 2025 for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of 47 Maddox Street, London W1S 2PG to allow on sales of alcohol, live music and recorded music Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 00:00; late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 00:00 and opening hours Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 00:30 and non-standard timings as stated in the application form. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 6 May 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
