Application for a new Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Cardinia Real Estate UK Ltd has applied to the City of Westminster on 9 April 2025 for a new premises licence for Cardinia Real Estate Ltd 12 Bishops Bridge Road, London W2 6AA.The proposed application is to permit the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 10.00 until 23.00 daily. And the provision of late-night refreshment from 23.00 until 23.30 daily.The provision of licensable activities shall be restricted to employees and officers of the organisations in occupation, or their associated companies; and bona fide guests of the said employees, officers and companies; and persons attending any bona fide private event at the premises.

The licence is ancillary to the use of the premises as corporate offices. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by stating the grounds for making said representation to: 07 May 2025. Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
