What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Vue Entertainment Limited in respect of Premises known as Vue Cinema, The Cornerhouse, Burton Street, Nottingham, NG1 4DB has applied to Nottingham City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is to permit internal alterations to the layout of the premises and to delete all current conditions attached to the Premises Licence and replace them with updated conditions. The hours for the provision of licensable activities and the opening hours of the premises will not be affected by this application.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by email to general.licensing@nottinghamcity.gov.uk or by post to Licensing Authority, Nottingham City Council, Humber Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH no later than 12th May 2025 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Nottingham City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
