LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Chickalicious LTD, 17 Grainger Street, NE1 5DQ

Notice is given that Chickalicious LTD applied to Newcastle City Council on 15th April 2025 for a Premises Licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:- License Activity: Late night refreshments - Monday - Sunday 11.00am til 03.00am. 

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Regulatory Services and Public Protection, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8PB. Representations must be received by 13th May 2025 The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.newcastle.gov.uk/licensing It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000
