What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that PLK Chicken UK Ltd has applied to Bristol CC for a Premises Licence for Popeyes, Avonmeads Retail Park, St Philips Causeway, Bristol BS2 0SP to provide for late night refreshment on and off daily until 5am. 

A register of licensing applications can be inspected 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri or 10am to 5pm Wed at The Licensing Authority, Bristol CC, 100 Temple St, Bristol BS1 6AG or via the Council’s website www.bristol.gov.uk. Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at PO Box 3399, Bristol BS1 9NE or licensing@bristol.gov.uk, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 10 May 2025. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. 

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
