Name of Applicant: Leicester HC Capital Ltd. Address: Umami, Unit R10, 14 Highcross Lane, Leicester, LE1 4SD.
Licensing Authority: Leicester City Council. Licensing Authority Address: Customer Service Centre, Leicester City Council, 91 Granby Street, Leicester, LE1 6FB (where a record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours). Licensing Authority Website: www.leicester.gov.uk
The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority for a premises licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:
1. The sale of alcohol between the hours of 1200 and 2400 Monday to Saturday and between the hours of 1200 and 2300 Sunday for consumption on and off the premises.
2. The provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 2300 and 2400 Monday to Saturday.
3. The provision of regulated entertainment between the hours of 2300 and 2400 Monday to Saturday.
Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 12 May 2025.
Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing to the Licensing Officer, Leicester City Council, City Hall, 115 Charles Street, Leicester, LE1 1FZ or by email to licensing@leicester.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
