NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 10th April 2025 Alliance Property Holdings Limited applied to Hull City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Morrisons Daily, Unit 2, HULL PARAGON INTERCHANGE, Ferensway, Hull HU1 3XQ The proposed licensable activities are ;-

1. The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 05.00 to 24.00.

2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hour of 23.00 and 00.00.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- 33 Witham, Kingston Upon Hull HU9 1DB, or via email to Liqour@hullcc.gov.uk no later than the 8th May 2025 stating the grounds for representations.

The register of Hull City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at 33 Witham during office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
