What is proposed?

VARIATION TO PREMISES LICENCE Licensing Act 2003

We, The Trustees of the Woolwell Community Resource Trust, do hereby give notice that on the 10 April 2025 applied to the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Borough Council for a Variation to the Premises Licence at Darklake Lane, Woolwell, Plymouth, PL6 7TR.

The variation application is:

• Remove Annex 2 condition 20 within Public Safety - The smoking area must be on the outside patio area, facing the green park and shielded by a grass bank.

• Remove the Annex 2 condition 23 within Public Nuisance - Drinks not permitted outside the building.

• New Plan of premises to show change in layout and additional non-alcoholic (café) and alcoholic (bar) consumption areas.

• Increase the areas for regulated entertainment to all areas encased in blue on the attached new plan.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Department, South Hams District Borough Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, TQ9 5NE or by email to licensing@swdevon.gov.uk.

Representations must be received NO LATER than 9 May 2025.

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address by appointment.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
