IN THE RECORDER’S COURT

FOR THE DIVISION OF BELFAST

TAKE NOTICE that Warehouse Lane Limited having its registered office at 3 Capital House, Unit 2, Upper Queen Street, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT1 6FB intends to apply to the Recorder’s Court sitting at Laganside Courts, 45 Oxford Street, Belfast, BT1 3LL, commencing at 10.30 in the forenoon on the 6th day of May 2025 for the above Division for a declaration that the grant of a licence for the premises situated at Unit 2 Warehouse Lane, Belfast BT1 2LA, granted provisionally by the above named Court on the 20th day of March 2025 be declared final.



AND TAKE NOTICE that this application will be dealt with by the court on the 8th May 2025 at 10.30 in the forenoon.

Warehouse Lane Limited will be the owner of such business.

Warehouse Lane Limited is a limited liability company registered in Northern Ireland of which the directors are Jonathan Elliot and Charlotte Elizabeth Noren Wedge.

There are no other persons having executive control of Warehouse Lane Limited within the meaning of Article 4 (4) of the said Order.

The owner of the premises is South Bank Square Limited and the premises have been completed in accordance with the plans deposited in Court upon the application for the provisional grant of the licence.
