We Lucky’s Convenient Store Limited do hereby serve notice on 7th April 2025 that it is our intention to apply to Eastbourne Borough Council for the grant of a new premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as Lucky’s Convenience Store, 169 Terminus Road, Eastbourne, England, BN21 3NX for the following licensable activities or proposed variation: Sale of Alcohol by retail (off the premises) 09:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday. Regulated Entertainment, Recorded Music 07:00 to 23:00.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection to
