Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For The Variation Of A Premises Licence
Angela Burns has applied for the Variation of a Premises Licence for 32-34 Regent Road, Liverpool, L5 9SR for the following licensable activities:
1. To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan. 2. To vary the conditions in accordance with the operating schedule. 3. To vary Regulated Entertainment in accordance with the submitted application.

Representations can also be made by post to Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
Representations must be received no later than 9 May 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
