Notice is hereby given that Merkur Slots UK Limited of the following address: Second Floor, Matrix House, North Fourth Street, Milton Keynes, MK9 1NJ is applying under Section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a Bingo Premises Licence issued under that Act. The application relates to the following premises: Merkur Slots, 51–55 Brackley Street, Farnworth, Bolton, BL4 9DS. The application is to vary the licence as follows: to vary the layout of the premises in accordance with the plans provided in support of the application.
