NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Sutharanjiny KATHIR to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for the variation of a Premises Licence for: One Stop, 15 Pogmoor Rd, BARNSLEY S75 2EE In the following terms: Extend Licensable Hours for the OFF Sale of Alcohol to 06:00hrs to 23:00hrs daily. The application is available for inspection by contacting licensing@barnsley.gov.uk Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Licensing Duty Office, Westgate Plaza, Westgate One, BARNSLEY S70 2DR or licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by midnight of: 9th May 2025 It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
