What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a Premises Licence

Premises: The Football Field', Oxford Harlequins RFC, Horspath Sports Ground, Oxford Road, Oxford, OX4 2RR. Notice is given that Sport Operations Ltd has applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed licensable activities are: Live & recorded music - Saturday (17/05/2025) from 15.30 to 23.00. Sale of alcohol (on the premises only) - Saturday (17/05/2025) from 15.30 to 23.00.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, South Oxfordshire District Council, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Abingdon OX14 4SB or email to licensing@southoxon.gov.uk. Representations must be received by 08/05/2025. The application record may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address, or on the Council's website at www.southoxon.gov.uk.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
