What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises known as Royal Oak, 385 Gloucester Road, Horfield, Bristol, BS7 8TN applied to Bristol City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.

The proposed variation is:

1. To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant. The alterations consist of minor internal refurbishment and to licence a bar to serve the external area to permit the sale of alcohol both on and off sales.

2. To add a condition to the licence that the external bar shall cease at 22:30 hours daily. Please see application and plan submitted for full details. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by, Licensing Team (100TS), Bristol City Council, PO Box 3399, Bristol, BS1 9NE or via email to licensing@bristol.gov.uk no later than 08 May 2025 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday-Friday with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00am and 5.00pm or on the council’s website www.bristol.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
