What is proposed?

COMMUNITIES LICENSING ACT 2003, APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE PRESRIBED FORM OF NOTICE.

Take notice that the Victory Club (Barton upon Humber) Ltd have made an application to North Lincolnshire Council on **07APRIL2025 for a variation of a club premises certificate in respect of the premises known as: 

THE VICTORY CLUB. Situated at: Hungate, Barton upon Humber, North Lincolnshire, DN18 5PW.

Details of the proposed variation are:
Removal of condition: NO CHILDREN SHALL BE PERMITTED ON TO THE PREMISES AT ANY TIME. Replace with: CHILDREN PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES 12:00hrs TO 19:00hrs FOR FUNERALS AND WAKES AND FOR A CHRISTMAS PARTY FOR THE CHILDREN OF MEMBERS IN THE FUNCTION ROOM ONLY.

AMENDMENT TO THE SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL ON & OFF THE PREMISES MONDAY TO SUNDAY, 10:00hrs TO 01:00hrs.

AMENDMENT TO THE OPENING HOURS MONDAY TO SUNDAY 10:00hrs TO 01:00hrs.

Interested parties can make representation in writing to: Communities, Licensing department, PO BOX 42, Church square house, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, DN156XQ. No more than 28days starting on the day after the day on which the complete application was given to North Lincolnshire Councils Licensing Division **Stating the grounds of objection.

(The variation application setting out the full details can be viewed at Church Square House 9.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday) It is an offence Knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale.
