NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Adam Pizza Liverpool LTD has applied for a premises licence for Lazeez 533 West Derby Road L13 8AA for provision of late night refreshment (indoors and outdoors) Monday to Sunday 2300hrs to 0100hrs. Hours open to the public Monday to Sunday 1600hrs to 0100hrs.

Representations can also be made by post to Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
Representations must be received no later than 4th May 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
