Notice is hereby given that MSR Food Services Ltd has applied in respect of the Caprinos Pizza, 49-51 North Station Road, Colchester, CO1 1RQ, for a variation to the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for late night trading of food delivery services between 03:00 till 05:00 all days.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 02/05/2025, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester City Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected by appointment ONLY between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester City Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
