NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE OR CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

Notice is hereby given that

(1) LCR Operations Ltd Applied to Manchester City Council to use the premises at

(2) Lakeside Cafe, Heaton Park M25 2SW With the proposal to licence these premises for

(3) The serving of alcohol during normal trading hours, Monday - Sunday limited to the hours of 11am - 9pm.

Any representations must be made in writing no later than 28.04.2025 to: Licensing Unit Level 1, Town Hall Extension, Manchester, M2 5DB or email: premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine
