What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that The Thirsty Turtle Limited has
applied to Central Bedfordshire Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as
Flitton and Greenfield Festival Event Licence, 44 High
Street, Greenfield, MK45 5DD. The proposed licensable
activities and their hours are: Live Music, Recorded Music,
Performance of Dance, Entertainment of a Like Kind (all
indoors and outdoors) Monday to Sunday 12:00 – 22:00.
Supply of Alcohol (on & off) Monday to Sunday 12:00 –
22:00. Opening Hours Monday to Sunday 11:00 – 23:00.
Licensable activities authorised under this proposed licence
shall take place on a single day once per year. Any
representations regarding the above-mentioned application
must be received in writing by Central Bedfordshire
Council, Licensing Team, Thorn Turn, Grendall Lane,
Houghton Regis, LU5 6GJ or via email to

licensing@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk

no later than 6 May
2025 stating the grounds for representation.The register of
Central Bedfordshire Council and the record of the
application may be inspected at the address of the council,
given above, during normal business hours or on the
council’s website -

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
