What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Grantley Hall Limited to
the Licensing Authority of North Yorkshire Council
(Harrogate) for a Premises Licence for the Grantley
Arms at Grantley, Ripon, North Yorkshire, HG4 3PJ. The
application includes the following terms:- 1. To reinstate
the previous existing Premises Licence which lapsed on the
same terms as previously. 2. To enable the sale of alcohol
for consumption on and off the premises between 10:00 and
23:00 hours Monday to Saturday and 12:00 and 22:30 hours
on Sunday and on New Year’s Eve as detailed in the
application.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make

The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
