What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Britvic Soft Drinks Limited
to the Licensing Authority of Leeds City Council for a
Premises Licence for the Carlsberg Britvic Distribution
Centre, Staff Shop at Intercity Way, Swinnow Lane
Industrial Estate, Bramley, Leeds. LS13 4HT. The
application includes the following terms:- 1. To enable the
sale of alcohol (off sales) Monday to Friday between 08:00
and 20:00 hours. Full details of the Application can be
viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Leeds
City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 1UR.
A responsible authority or any other person can make
written representations to the Licensing Authority
at any time up to and including 6th May 2025

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
