To whom it may concern Rey Food Group Ltd. Does hereby give notice that on 28 March 2025 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council, and the relevant authorities for a new premises licence for a dessert shop, restaurant / diner known as: Kaspa's, 58 Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1BN. The application seeks to allow the following licensable activities to be conducted between the hours of: Sale of late-night refreshment: 23:00hrs to 02:00hrs (of the following morning) Monday – Sunday incl.
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to: email:

Information as to date of any hearing required to determine the application may be obtained from the Adur & Worthing Councils' Licensing Unit.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
