What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Country and Coastal Parks 1
Limited has applied to West Northamptonshire Council for
the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to
be known as The Lake Club, Billing Aquadrome, Crow
Lane, Northampton, NN3 9DA. The proposed licensable
activities and their hours are to permit the sale of alcohol
for consumption on and off the premises from 1100 to 2300
Monday to Sunday, to permit the showing of films indoors
and outdoors from 0800 to 2300 Monday to Sunday, to
permit late night refreshment from 2300 to 2330 Monday
to Sunday and to permit the opening hours of the premises
from 0800 to 2330 Monday to Sunday and to permit all of
these activities and Live and Recorded Music from the end
of permitted hours on New Years Eve to the start of
permitted hours on New Years Day. Any representations
regarding the above-mentioned application must be
received in writing by The Licensing Team, West
Northamptonshire Council, The Guildhall, St Gile's Square,
Northampton, or by e-mail to NN1 1DA or by e-mail to

no later than 7th May
2025 stating the grounds for representation. The register of
West Northamptonshire Council and the record of the
application may be inspected at the address of the council,
given above, during normal business hours or on the
council’s website -

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
