What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by The Farmhouse Sanctuary
Ltd to the Licensing Authority of East Hampshire District
Council for a Premises Licence for the Farmhouse
Sanctuary, 214 Catherington Lane, Waterlooville,
PO8 0TA. The application is to permit the sale of alcohol
for consumption on and off the premises between 0900 and
2100 each day.
Full details of the Application can be viewed at the
offices of the Licensing Authority at East Hampshire
District Council, Penns Place, Petersfield, GU31 4EX. A
responsible authority or any other person can make written
representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up
to and including 7th May 2025 (

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
