NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES
LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE
LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Berkhamsted Schools
Group has applied to Dacorum Borough Council
for a premises licence in relation to Kitcheners’
Field, Castle Hill, Berkhamsted, Herts, HP4 1HE
(an external space for occasional events) to permit
the provision of the following licensable activities:
Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption on and off
the premises Monday to Sunday 12.00hrs to
23:00hrs. Regulated Entertainment (recorded
music, live music, performance of dance) Monday
to Sunday 11.00hrs to 23.00hrs. Hours of Operation
(max) Sunday to Thursday 10.00hrs to 23.30hrs,
Friday and Saturday 10.00hrs to midnight Details
of the application can be inspected at the address
noted below during normal business hours.

authority regarding this application can be made in

Such written representation must be received by
02/05/2025 clearly stating the grounds upon which
the representation is made in relation to the four
objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an
offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application. The
maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
