Notice Of Application For Licence

We LUTON CARNIVAL ARTS DEVELOPMENT TRUST known as the UK Centre for Carnival Arts (UKCCA) Of 3 St Mary's' Road Luton of LU1 3JA Are applying for the grant of a Premises Licence. Description of the premises: Vicarage Street, Park Street, Park Street Roundabout, Church Street, Park Street West, Flowers Way & Castle Street.
If granted, the licence will enable the following to take place: provision of regulated entertainment consisting of: The performance of LIVE music; the playing of RECORDED music; the performance of DANCE and any similar activity such as carnival/circus/performance multi-media from 12.00 to 18.00. If granted the Licence will take effect on Sunday 25 May 2025 and will take place annually for an event known as Luton International Carnival.
Persons wishing to make representations in respect of this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Service, Luton Borough Council, Town Hall, Luton, Beds, LU1 2BQ, within 28 days from the date of this notice. A copy of the Application is also kept at the above address and may be viewed during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is a level 5 fine on standard scale.
