What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Spirit Pub Company (Leased)
Limited has applied in respect of the Old Mill, London
Road, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, HP4 2NB for a
variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act
2003 to allow for: To change the layout and design of the
plan in accordance with the submitted plan, drawing
number 25.009.MP.R 002. The changes include the
addition of an external bar servery within the existing
licensed area. To allow the premises to open from 8am daily
for non-licensable activity (currently permitted from 9am).
To permit the sale of alcohol from 9am daily (currently
permitted from 10am). To permit the sale of alcohol,
recorded music and late night refreshment until 00.00
Christmas Eve. To permit the sale of alcohol, recorded
music, and late night refreshment until 03.00 New Year’s
Eve (into New Year’s Day). To permit the premises to open
until 00.30 Christmas Eve and 03.30 New Year’s Eve. To
add new conditions dealing with the new bar servery and
amend condition 5.3 of the licence. Representations to this
application must be made in writing, by the end of 6 May
2025, to the Dacorum Borough Council Licensing
Authority at The Forum, Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead,
Hertfordshire, HP1 1DN where the register of licensing
applications can be inspected during office hours and/or by
