APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Savers, 60A The Galleries,
Washington, Tyne & Wear, NE38 7RR
Notice is given that: Savers Health and Beauty
Limited has applied to Sunderland City Council for
a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed licensable activity is: Sale by retail
of alcohol for consumption off the premises
Monday to Saturday 08:00 – 20:00, Sunday 10:00
– 16:00.
The licensing register of Sunderland City Council
is kept at: Sunderland City Council, Licensing
Section, City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1
3AA. A record of the application may be inspected
by appointment during the hours Monday to
Thursday 8.30 – 5.15 and Friday 8.30 – 4.45 at the
Customer Services Centre, City Hall.
Representations regarding the application must be
made in writing to the Council or by emailing

licensing@sunderland.gov.uk

no later than 7th
May 2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application
and the maximum fine for which a person is liable
on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
